FWG minutes for 120911 meeting.
In attendance: casey, charles, john
1. Casey and Charles will take over handling the WePay accnt & card access.
2. John will compile a new list of receipts & accnt balances. Also update a list of current missoula vendors who support OM.
3. There was opening discussion of finding fiscal sponsors and umbrella protection of a 501 c 3; more research is needed.
-Charles will research 501 configurations
-Casey will look for legal advice specific to this matter.
4. $20. Cash donation for the general fund was collected by john and will be deposited when available.
5. John will give work grp report at sunday GA.
6. The fwg agreed to meet again next friday at 6 pm.
